1. Agreement
By booking a retreat with Adventure 365, operated by Andrew Pap Consulting Pty Ltd, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit (varies by retreat).
- Remaining balance is due 60–90 days before the retreat start (depending on location).
- Early bird and pay-in-full discounts may apply.
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Surcharges may apply for credit card transactions.
3. Inclusions
Each retreat includes:
- Accommodation for the retreat duration
- All meals and snacks (with dietary preferences accommodated)
- All scheduled activities, workshops, and experiences
- Group transport during the retreat (including airport transfers if noted)
- Professional media content of your experience
4. Exclusions
- Flights to and from the retreat destination
- Travel insurance (mandatory)
- Personal expenses and optional activities not included in the itinerary
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. Additional cancellation terms may vary based on how far out the retreat is. Credits or partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
6. Transfers & Changes
Retreat bookings are non-transferrable unless agreed upon in writing. Requests for changes must be made at least 60 days prior to the retreat.
7. Travel Insurance
All guests must obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and activity risks. Proof of insurance must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the retreat.
8. Guest Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and emotionally capable of participating in the retreat. You must disclose any medical conditions when booking.
9. Waiver & Risk Acknowledgement
By participating in an Adventure 365 retreat, you acknowledge the inherent risks of outdoor and adventure activities. A signed waiver is required for participation. Read our full risk terms here.
10. Changes to Itinerary
We may modify the retreat schedule due to weather, safety concerns, or logistics. These changes do not entitle you to a refund.
11. Privacy
We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Media Consent
By joining, you agree that Adventure 365 may use photos and videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. You may opt out by notifying us in writing prior to the event.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat. Please read our full liability release for details.
