NEW ZEALAND

22nd - 29th November 2026

Queenstown, Unfiltered.

This one’s for the ones chasing more… more sweat, more stillness, more moments that hit deep.
You’ll summit peaks before breakfast, jet across Lake Wakatipu, run ridgelines, and plunge into icy water that makes you feel alive.

Between the big moments, there’s breathwork, quiet reflection, and a crew of legends who just get it. From luging down mountains to late-night chats under the stars, each day balances adrenaline with intention.

This isn’t a tour. It’s not just a getaway.

It’s a reminder of what you’re capable of.

  • Sunrise Hikes

Early starts, big payoffs. Our hikes take you high above Queenstown before the world wakes up. Legs moving, breath steady, views that make you pause. It’s the perfect way to kick off your day—with movement, perspective, and a crew beside you.

  • Via Ferrata

Clip in and climb beside a roaring waterfall. Via Ferrata is equal parts challenge and thrill—with huge views and a real sense of achievement when you hit the top. It's safe, guided, and always a standout moment.

  • Morning Runs

Move at your own pace. These optional lakefront runs are a fresh way to start the day, shake out the legs, and reset your headspace before diving into the adventure.

  • Jet Boating

Hold on tight. Jet boating through canyons and across glassy lakes is one of the most iconic Queenstown experiences. Speed, spray, and a whole lot of laughs guaranteed.

  • Wine Tour

Time to slow it down. Sip some of Central Otago’s best wines with vineyard views and great company. A relaxed afternoon that brings the group together in a different way.

  • Gondola & Luging

Ride up the mountain in a gondola, then race your mates down on a luge track. It’s fast, fun, and surprisingly addictive. Big views, good energy, and zero pressure.

  • Yoga & Movement

Gentle sessions to stretch, breathe, and reconnect. Whether it’s mobility after a hike or a moment to slow down, this is about tuning in—not twisting yourself into a pretzel.

  • Breath Work

Post-adventure recovery done right. Outdoor saunas help you wind down, warm up, and soak it all in. Sweat, silence, and time to process the day with the crew.

  • Cold Water

It’s cold. It’s bold. And you’ll love it. Cold water dips wake you up fast, build resilience, and leave you buzzing. It’s a challenge—but one of the most rewarding parts of the week.

  • Sauna

Alpine zip line center offering downhill rides of over 800 meters at speeds of up to 84 km/hr.

Let’s be real, life moves fast.

Sometimes you just need a week that reminds you what it’s all for. This is one of those weeks.

You’ll try things you didn’t think you could do. Climb beside waterfalls. Swim in icy lakes. Share stories with strangers who, by the end, feel like lifelong mates.

There’s a rhythm to this retreat—big days, deep chats, warm meals, and way more laughs than you’d expect. It’s equal parts effort and ease, with space to be challenged, supported, and fully in it.

We’ve run this retreat enough times to know: it works.

Not because of the views (though they’re next level), but because of how people leave… more themselves. Every detail is intentional. The flow of the week, the balance of challenge and calm, even the food—we’ve fine-tuned it all to help you reset from the inside out.

Most guests come with a partner or mate, many come solo. But almost all leave saying the same thing:
"I didn’t expect it to hit me like that."

This isn’t just a break from the day-to-day.
It’s a reset that stays with you long after you fly home.

Our week Itinerary

01

Welcome to Queenstown

Meet us in Queenstown before travelling together to our retreat home, surrounded by mountain views. Settle in, meet the crew and your fellow guests, and take a moment to find your feet. We’ll come together for a welcome briefing and our first shared dinner, ready for the week ahead.

02

Ben Lomond Sunrise

Rise before dawn for our first big mountain adventure: approximately seven hours climbing toward Ben Lomond’s 1,748m summit. Watch the light unfold across Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding ranges before returning home for lunch. Optional jet boating may round out the afternoon, depending on the final itinerary, before dinner together.

03

Queenstown From Above

Start with guided breathwork with Fraser at Sherwood before breakfast, then head above Queenstown for gondola views and a few playful luge runs. After lunch, weather permitting, we’ll explore the beautiful waters and walking tracks of Bob’s Cove. Return home for dinner and a slower evening with the crew.

04

Roys Peak Sunrise

An early start brings one of the week’s standout adventures: a 16km sunrise hike, climbing more than 1,200 vertical metres toward the 1,578m summit of Roys Peak. Take in sweeping views over Lake Wānaka and the Southern Alps, then refuel at Big Fig and ease tired legs with sauna recovery before dinner.

05

Reset & Recover

Slow the pace with a guided cold-water immersion and yoga with Fraser at Sherwood. After breakfast, head into Queenstown for a relaxed sushi lunch in the Botanical Gardens. The afternoon is yours to recover, explore or simply enjoy doing less, before we come together again for dinner and drinks.

06

Via Ferrata

Rise early and clip in for one of the retreat’s most memorable mountain experiences. Spend close to six hours climbing and traversing the Via Ferrata, with lunch at altitude and time to take it all in. Back down, enjoy a café stop and free time, with a possible mindfulness workshop before dinner.

07

Run, Dip & Long Lunch

Begin with a 90-minute Run, Dip & Sip along the Queenstown foreshore, followed by breakfast with the crew. Later, settle into a relaxed long lunch at Mount Rosa and savour a little more time together. Free time leads into our final dinner, prepared by Jackie, as we celebrate the week we’ve shared.

08

Until Next Time

Enjoy one last relaxed morning together, with a walk and a bakery stop before we close the retreat. There’s time for goodbyes and a final look at the mountains before transfers to Queenstown Airport or town. Leave with a week of shared adventures and new connections to carry home.

Stays That Match the Moment

We’ve handpicked two stunning holiday homes that don’t just sit in Queenstown’s landscape—they celebrate it. Perched above town with sweeping views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding peaks, these homes are the kind of places you’ll want to slow down in.

Both houses come with everything you need to feel settled and connected—outdoor hot tubs for post-hike soaks, fireplaces for cosy nights, spacious living areas, laundry, and strong wifi (if you need it). And best of all, you’re just a short walk from town, yet far enough to feel completely immersed.

Whichever room you book, you’ll be part of a space that brings people together and makes the down time just as memorable as the adventure.

STANDARD BEDROOM

A shared room that also shares a large bathroom with one other room.

MASTER BEDROOM

A shared room that has its own ensuite.

What Our Customers Say

  • Feeling anxious about solo travel, I had been putting off a much needed getaway for quite sometime but when I stumbled across Adventure365, I knew that I had to jump on board.

Each day somehow topped the last, filled with the perfect mix of adventurous activities, breathtaking hikes, grounding daily movement, and the kind of conversations that stay with you long after they’re over. I have never felt so supported, included and encouraged by a total group of strangers who now after just 7 days, feel like family.

The staff were extraordinary, pouring their hearts into every moment to make sure each of us left with a cup that wasn’t just full, but overflowing. I can’t put into words how much this experience meant to me, and I already can’t wait to be part of another Adventure365 journey in 2026. 🙌🏻

  • Adventure 365 is such an incredible business! I experienced their Queenstown retreat recently - a week of incredible hikes that catered to various fitness levels and experience; numerous mindfulness activities that hit all senses; and an amazing group of people. It’s carefully planned and well executed. I was surprised at how easy it was to get on and build strong connections with a group of strangers in a short amount of time too. Highly recommend this to singles and couples alike, and across all age groups. It’s such a rewarding experience and an amazing way to recharge in nature. Brilliant team, great value for money. I’ll be doing this again for sure…

  • Honestly, Adventure 365 ticked every single box and then some.
Amazing adventures, the instant quality connections with everyone and the holistic approach made the week one that I’ll always hold close. Queenstown is, obviously, breathtaking, but the food and accommodation were quality too.
Pap and the team definitely have made something special in Adventure 365.

  • New Zealand is as my second retreat with adventure 365 & it exceeded all expectations!
The itinerary, adventures, food and travel was all beyond amazing. The brand itself & Pap attracts people who are all like minded making it so easy to laugh and enjoy every moment of the day no matter how challenging the adventure is. I was a bit nervous to travel solo but have come away from this experience with some genuine friends which I am so grateful for.

  • This retreat was amazing. Location in Queenstown NZ was 10/10 and so was the group! The idea of having a “theme” each day and only having the schedule for the following day is genius! Can’t recommend enough! Super smooth and stress free.

    Arthur Mariel
  • It’s hard to capture in words just how incredible the New Zealand Adventure 365 retreat was. As someone who rarely takes time for herself, this experience was the perfect beginning to choosing me. The location, the people, and the activities were all absolutely perfect, and I will treasure these memories forever. A huge thank you to Pap, Manuel, Matt, and Jacqui for creating exactly what I needed.
