Retreat Requirements
Preparation requirements vary depending on the hiking demands of each retreat destination. Here's what you need to know.
SWITZERLAND
Alpine environment with significant elevation demands. This program is non-negotiable.
COMPULSORY
NEW ZEALAND
Longer hikes with varied terrain. Strongly advised to complete the full 12 weeks.
STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
BALI
Volcano and jungle hikes. Optional, though completing the program will enhance your experience.

BLOCK ONE
Weeks 1 - 4 • FOUNDATION BUILDING
Establish your base. Build lower body strength, joint durability and hiking-specific movement patterns from the ground up.
📈 ELEVATION BUILD
BLOCK TWO
Weeks 5 - 8 • LOAD & ENDURANCE
Increase load, intensity and conditioning volume. Your body is ready to work harder — this block builds the endurance to sustain it.
🏔️ SUMMIT READY
BLOCK THREE
Weeks 9 - 12 • PEAK PERFORMANCE
The final push. Max strength, trail endurance and resilience. By week 12, you arrive at your retreat confident, capable and summit-ready.
