Adventure 365 Risk Acknowledgement & Activity Waiver

Adventure travel and outdoor experiences involve inherent risks. By participating in an Adventure 365 retreat you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Adventure 365 retreats may involve activities including but not limited to:

• Mountain hiking and trekking

• Climbing and Via Ferrata

• Water activities including swimming, kayaking, or surfing

• Endurance activities

• Travel in remote environments

• Exposure to altitude, terrain, and variable weather conditions

• Participation in these activities carries risks including:

• Physical injury

• Illness or altitude related symptoms

• Slips, falls, or accidents

• Equipment failure

• Environmental hazards

By joining an Adventure 365 retreat you acknowledge that:

• You voluntarily participate in all retreat activities.

• You accept that adventure activities involve risks that cannot always be eliminated.

• You confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in retreat activities.

• You agree to follow safety instructions provided by guides and retreat staff.

• You accept full responsibility for your participation and personal safety.

Adventure 365, its directors, employees, contractors, guides, and partners shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in retreat activities except where required by law.

A signed waiver may be required prior to participation.
